55th Birthday Celebration Boat Ride

Let do this!!!! If you went on the boat ride back for our 10th year you would remember we had a GRAND time
There is a date change about the 55 Birthday Dinner Cruise. It has been changed from Saturday, Sept 11.
The new date is Saturday, August 28, 2010.
Boat Ride $49.00 each and includes:
2 hour cruise on the Mighty Mississippi
7:30pm to 9:30pm
Boards @ 6:45 & leaves @ 7:30pm
Buffet Style Dinner
Live Band and Dancing
Cash & Credit bar on board
DRESS ATTIRE: " ALL WHITE"
- After the Boat Ride we will continue celebrating with an after hour "Birthday Bash" at Cynthia Place, 280 Cynthia.
- It will be $5.00 for those who go on the boat ride, $15.00 for those who purchase their Birthday Bash ticket in advance and 20.00 at the door. We will have music, refreshments, birthday cake, pulling tickets for gifts and cash bar available. Come out and let’s celebrate what a blessing it is to still be alive, when so many of our fellow warriors has fallen.
Additional Information:
We have reserved the boat for 50 people. If you are serious about going I suggest you pay in full now, because these 50 are guaranteed to be together. I will change the count as soon as the 50 spots are paid. What I have already reserved is paid in full. They will try to accommodate us as much as possible. The sooner I get the $ in the better chance of having them to accommodate us for more.
You can begin paying now.
You can pay $49.00 in full or two payments of $24.50 or three payments of $16.34.
Second payment June 19th 2010
Third payment July 17th, 2010 is the last date to pay in full or to cancel with a $5.00 cancellation fee.
After July 17th all funds is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Make checks payable to Kathy Blake, mail to 775 Ridgelake Blvd, Ste 200, Memphis, TN 38126 att: Kathy Blake. You can drop me an email letting me know you have mailed it and I will acknowledge by email as well or text or phone me @ 901-351-2974.
If you paid by check that can be your receipt if you like, if cash I will give you a receipt.
You need to let me know the name of the person (s) your payment is covering because we will have a ledger with the names on it. If for some reason you lose your receipt you are still acknowledged.
- The tickets for the boat ride will be passed out at the Boat Ride.
- This is the ticket you will need in order to get in for 5.00 as well as have for ticket pulling for gifts.
